A new Internet threat can steal online banking customers' password and account information. This latest discovery is distinct from a similar threat discovered late last week in which users visiting infected websites could pick up keystroke-logging programs. The newer bug is not widespread; only a few incidences have been reported. The threat targets users of Internet Explorer, affecting only those users who have not installed a patch issued in April. The bug can be picked up from pop-up ads that secretly download keystroke-logging programs. Apparently a hacker inserted the malicious programs into the ads.Still not satisfied? Go here.
